Consent Terms
Any person who desires to be a member of the cooperative must have attained full majority or the legal age of 18 years and above.
The membership subscription to the cooperative is non-refundable. In the event that a member, wishes to exit the cooperative, he/she can withdraw his/her membership by notifying the cooperative of his/her decision and meeting the following conditions:
- The cooperative should be given at least one-month withdrawal notice.
- A borrowing member is required to pay all their outstanding before withdrawal.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- The member’s savings will be transferred to the designated account after the withdrawal.
Accessibility to loans by members is based on meeting eligibility criteria.
Members accessing loans above their current savings would have to provide a minimum of one (1) non-borrowing member as a guarantor. The contribution of the borrower and guarantor must be above the principal amount and interest borrowed.
A borrower will pay a credit life insurance fee on the amount borrowed and other fees as required by the cooperative.
As a member, you agree to abide by the code of ethics of the cooperative, policies, directives, rules, and regulations guiding the cooperative and as prescribed by regulators and the leadership of the cooperative from time to time, and pay fees that might be required in running the cooperative.
The cooperative completely absorbs itself from any liability, loss, and/ or damage incurred by corporate bodies or individuals acting on any information contained on the website.
The use of the cooperative website is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. You agreed to abide by all such laws and regulations, including those relating to intellectual property, defamation, privacy, and the transmission or exportation of data. You agree that you will not do or assist any third party to do, any of the following;
Interfere with other user’s use or enjoyment of the site:
Other than as explicitly stated herein or posted elsewhere on the site, reproduce, distribute, frame, mirror, scrape, republish, or retransmit information or content provided by Investorshub or found on the site without the express prior written permission of Investorhub.
To access the site through an unauthorized interface or in any other unauthorized manner, take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Investorhub system or infrastructure.
